I called Carmoza based on a conversation during one of my Corporate Dealer meetings. I have always used RAT but I figured for this I would give it a try. At first it seemed as if things were moving along smoothly. I placed my order on a convenient website, had a Rep contact me a few times to work out the original quote. I then had an account Rep return my call and help facilitate the order. I was told the vehicle would be picked up sometime the beginning or middle of the followoing week. I received a call from a dispathcer on Monday and verified the vehicle. I have not heard from them since. I now have a pissed off customer and the vehicle is still here. I tried calling and nobody answers anby phone lines, no calls back, you sit on hold for 10 minutes and then are told to leave a message. I will not do business with this company ever again!!!!

Our goal is to provide quality service and to take care of all of our customers. Due to blizzard conditions on the East Coast during the time of this vehicle's transport there were significant delays across the region because of road and inclement weather conditions. We apologized to this customer and never charged them for the transport.
