Terrible follow up, Never picked up

We chose Car Moza because of their "4 star" rating on here, assuming we could beat any issues that seem to happen with car transports in general. Our company has moved 2 other cars with 2 other companies, both of which did not do a good job. Steven called me immediately and was all over it with customer service, quotes, e-mails etc. Then once they had our FULL ($957) payment we never heard from anyone again.

There WAS a snow storm a day or two prior to when my vehicle was ready for pick up, however more than a week later no one had any ideas on when the car could be retrieved. They provided "weather" as the excuse. Which I would POSSIBLY agree with the first day, two, even three. But certainly not 7 and not when it is a car shipping company and not when major roads are always cleared. They are the first thing cleared. One time out of the whole two week adventure (other than the initial quote) did someone initiate contact with us. (Tracy D.) It was only to say they had no plan, but would let us know when there was one. This was at least better than the nothing we got a week before and after. Gave me some hope, which is why we allowed to window to get as big as we did.

Anyways... Sonda responded to my complaint e-mail quickest, she was nice, but by this point we had lost all hope. The company was very prompt in issuing our refund, which was surprising, but appreciated. Now I am stuck paying for a rental car and extra money for express pick up from another company... Hopefully they provide what they promised, since this company was disappointing.

Our goal is to provide quality service and to take care of all of our customers. Due to blizzard conditions on the East Coast during the time of this vehicle's transport there were significant delays across the region because of road and inclement weather conditions. We apologized to the customer and issued a refund right away.
