I was told one thing on how this process would take place and the amount of time of delivery of my car. I called many times to see when my car would be shipped, and was always told it would be a few days. the customer service chat person was totally rude and unprofessional when trying to find out when it would be delivered. Answers like "well it is what it is". Could not get any good answers from anyone, and could not even get management to talk to. Never would recommend this company, out of Arizona.
