This the first name that I had my car transported to another state. I have my concerns because I don't have the knowledge of the in's and out's how a chosen company would operate especially if you have a contract signed with them and my only concern that I need my car to be delivered on the 2nd of March, for I am on a traveling assignment with Yonkers, NY and need to use my car right away to find the hospital where I am assigned to. Maria was very helpful in explaining steps by steps. She made follow up if car was pick up. She gave me the phone number of the trucker driver, Dennis. So I called the number to insure that the number was accesible by person or I will get a response if I do leave a message. The car was picked up from my place on schedule. The car was delivered in Yonkers, NY on the appointed date. Although I did expect the delivery to be before noon on March 2, it was delivered 4pm. Dennis, the trucker driver, did inform me 1 hour prior to delivery. He explained that he was trying to find area where he could park his big truck. I don't blame him for that, knowing that Yonkers, NY has small and narrow roads, it does not allow non-passengers trucks to pass by. Anyway, he finally delivered my car. Thank you Maria and Dennis!!
