I have never been treated as horribly as I was by this company. They left me hanging for 5 days-they never called me back when they said they would and when I would call several hours later everyone was extremely rude, as if I was bothering them because I wanted to know what was going on. I was forced to leave my mother-in-law's car in a parking lot with her keys in the muffler because they didn't pick her car up until 3 days after they were supposed to get it. At one point I was hung up on because the person "working on my account" hadn't called me for several hours after she was supposed to and then when I called back to complain, no one answered. I aldo paid $100 more than I was quoted because "honey it's just a quote." This was by far the most stressful part of my mother-in-law moving in with us, if that tells you anything.
