my car was schedule to get pick up March 23, 2017 but it didn't get picked up until April 12, 2017. Including to that they add more money on my quote. they picked up my car more than two weeks after the schedule pick up date. They said it was a door to door agreement but my friend end up driving my vehicle and meeting the driver on April 12, 2017 for my vehicle to get ship because me and my family left the state already. This broker didn't even call me and follow up on me for this shipping agreement I have with them. I always have to call them, and most of the time they put me on hold or tell me that they will call me back after 30 mins, but at the end I didn't receive any call back to them until I get a hold of them again. After my vehicle cross the sea from Fairbanks, Alaska to Washington I receive a call from a driver stating that my payment with him is $1350 plus the $90 storage fee in Washington. It surprise me ,because before I made a deal with them I talk to miss SUSAN CHANG and I made it clear with her that all I have to pay for my vehicle to be ship from Fairbanks, Alaska to El Paso, Texas is $2050. NO MORE NO LESS. After I say yes to her about the deal they took $400 right away in my husband credit card. I message the cell number (305-998-8872) that they give me to ask how I'm going to pay the balance of 1650, but i didn't receive any response until a day before my vehicle got picked up. the trucking company called me and told me that I have to give them $1500, so I ask my friend to hand the $1500 to the driver when they met him. After all this commotion the week of April 17, 2017 I ask them if they can just change the place and give me a new quote. I'd rather finish this deal in the cost I can afford, so I asked them to just change the Delivery place to Costa Mesa, California and the lady in the customer service told me that they will call me after 30 mins to let me know who will picked up the vehicle and get more other information from me to where the new place is. Unfortunately I end up having a call from a driver today (May 3, 2017) T 9:07 in the morning stating that they are going to picked up my vehicle and bring it to us in El paso, Texas, but I explain to them the situation, and I told them to hold on on the shipping because me and the broker are having problem on the price. In my calculation I should only owe them $150 out of the $2050 deal I have with them, but I guess they listen to the broker and took the vehicle even without the knowledge if the situation is already settled. Before this present situation happened I was asking the broker already where my vehicle is located because I'd rather finish the shipping with other trucking now than this broker. This shipment cost me a lot already. Not only the waiting period for my vehicle to come in, but also I end up having a longer rent a car than what I expected. We are military Family and I don't think my husband deserve this after 2 tour of deployment.
