Initially had excellent contact with quote, follow-up call and email in preparation two months in advance. Multiple texts, calls, emails to confirm. No reply on Thursday. Finally emailed today-called to schedule pickup, first morning, then afternoon, than evening then called by: DPS Express Inc. Wanting to reschedule for Wednesday afternoon/evening. To late. Do time left. Driving now. Terrible way to conduct business. As a veteran I am appalled at the lack of followup when the time was close. Customer should not have to continually reach out to confirm appointment.
