The driver had not even left California until 5 days after he picked up my car! I was told by the driver, Marlon he did not have enough cars on his truck to continue. His dispatcher, Guadalupe said he had maintenance trouble, and that he would reach my son's airforce base one day later than expected. (we were PROMISED 1-28-11 the paperwork stated 1-27-11)!!
Was told Driver made it to Arkansas around Jan 30th but went straight to his home in Arkansas due to more mechanical problems on his truck! The owner of WC & associates, the carrier , called me and said he told the driver to go straight home due to bad weather! (which was it: weather or mechanical failure)?

My son called owner the 31st and stated he was very unhappy with service, the owner told him he could come to the driver's house if he wanted to and get his car. (the house was 3 hours away from the Airforce base and NOT what we contracted for: DOOR TO DOOR PICKUP AND DELIVERY)!!!

Finally the vehicle was delivered after 12pm!!!!! on 2-3-11!! (my son needs to get to work by 5am!).

I spoke to the agent, Glen Holsman several times and he said he was sorry but had no control over weather, mechanical failure or the rudeness of the carrier companies he contracted! I told him I was extremely unhappy with his customer service and the carriers unprofessional attitude, all Mr. Holsman could say was he was just trying to make a living and he had a family to support!

I contacted and researched 15 carrier companies and unfortunately not well enough, I would have NEVER gone with that company if I knew it was going to be over 13 days to get the vehicle delivered!
