I booked with Joe on Thursday who explained the process thoroughly as well as the pricing structure. He found a driver for pick up next day (Friday). The driver had truck problems and wouldn't be able to get the car until the following Monday or later. Glen found another driver within 1 day and got the car picked up on Saturday. Car delivered next day (Sunday). Communication was great. Glen called to update me regarding the changes and then followed up after the delivery to verify everything was done to my satisfaction. All of the details, including the changes, were sent in writing by e-mail. I would recommend this company.
