Shipper damaged a Brand new Vehicle

The shipping company managed to drag the vehicle a Brand new 2009 Land Rover Range Rover Sport under a tree causing extensive damage to the paint of the hood, the A-pillars and the roof. They also managed to cause at least one dent in the roofline.

Legal action is currently being taken against:

Glen Holsman
CarShipper USA, LLC
Shahanski Transportation Services Inc. (STS)

USAA is handling the insurance claim on this vehicle.

YOU SHOULD NEVER TRUST ANY OF THE ABOVE NAMED INDIVIDUALS. YOUR CAR, YOUR TIME, AND YOUR MONEY CAN ALL FIND MUCH BETTER. Don't go through the nightmare I am having. Use a different broker and shipping company.

I would like the contact information for the customers of Car Shipper USA, LLC and Ultimate Logistics. These companies are one in the same. They have been using these names along with a couple of others to avoid the people they have ripped off and the bad reputation they have created for themselves. I have reported all of this information to the Federal Trade Comission. There are numerous complaints on your website about this company. There are also no less than 39 complaints against this company at the Better Business Bureau. I am interested in contacting these other parties to find out if they are willing to participate in a class action lawsuit to shut down all iterations of this west Ft. Lauderdale company for good.
