I called Glen because my son was having difficulty getting his car from Arizona to Pennsylvania, using another shipper. Time was running out. My son had a plane to catch in a couple of days and we had not heard back from the other company. I was stunned when Glen answered the phone at almost 10PM to discuss the situation and possible solutions for getting the car back home. He was very knowledgable, informative, and immediately contacted carriers on our behalf. We ended up using the original shipper, to whom we had given a deposit, and whom we finally heard from the next day. But Glen gets gold stars for his attentiveness and excellent service. We will certainly use him in the future.
