Ok I usually never leave reviews unless it is important. I was checking online for someone to ship my car who had good reviews. Many people had bad reviews or do not answer their phone promptly. I had my car picked up through Glen on time which was excellent. Car was picked up on a Thursday and I was told it would be at my destination in New York by Friday the following week, but I got my car 2 days later on Sunday. So total 10 days. That was fine with me also as I was not in a rush. The only part is that the car was driven to my house by one of the shipping company employees since they did not have a smaller tow truck available to bring the car directly to my house from the holding area which was about 17 miles from my house. Also it seems like the passenger window was left slightly open by someone and I had dirt on the seat, window sill interior, and dashboard. My car is a 2014 brand new vehicle so this did matter to me. I did not ask the person delivering my vehicle to compensate me for an interior detailing which is definitely required. I just did not want to bother with filling out any claims forms or anything. I will be paying for that myself. Now overall the service was ok for me because I'm not a picky person but if I needed my car on time and without the interior becoming filled with wet dirt spots, then I would be writing differently or maybe upset about these issues. Overall I would use these shippers again and hope these issues would not happen again.
