The customer service I had with this company was awful. The first thing that happen was that I was given a quote of $900. After that I had to contact the company myself to even get information and when I did, the quote went up another $100 to $1000, having known this I could have gotten a cheaper rate somewhere else and probably alot better customer service. When the vechile was picked up I was given no heads up, the company just should up to get it. Also when they picked the car up, it was put on a roll back therefore I never witnessed the on the trailer meaning they had to change trucks. The pickup guy was very rude and short with his attitude. I was told the car would arrive in South Carolina between July 13th and 15th and it did arrive in that time frame. The driver called the day before the delivery and said he would be there between 6pm and 9 pm the next day, but he did not arrive until 10pm when it was completely dark and the car could not be inspected. The next day after looking at the car in the day light, we discovered that the car had accured two dents and scratches in the trunk. The driver was too worried about getting his money and leaving and again this driver was very rude. When I discovered the damage, Glen who owns this company, said there is nothing he could do. He told me to contact my insurance agent, but better than that I am contacting the Better business Beareu. DON'T use this company all they care about is their money. I have to have the car delivered somewhere else now and you better believe I will find someone who cares about their customer.
