I cannot wait to write the review of this company until the vehicle arrives because we have already had such a bad experience to date. Scheduled pick up was the 11th of January. Shipping was scheduled the 3rd of January. The truck was dispatched 10 days ago but has not arrived at pick up point as of Sat January 26th. E- mails and phone calls not returned. Finally a phone call yesterday as they were l"leaving the office" to tell me the status of my vehicle , but told me to call back tommorow to find out rather than leave a message with status. Total mystery. I have been passed around from Matt to Anna to Anthony and have yet to recieve an straight answer to a simple question. If I ran a buisinesss with this kind of service, I would be finished. A set of guidelines or regulations overseeing this industry is neccesary. Brokering an auto shipment is a useful service, but without ethical practices it makes for a scam. Prospective customers need to read reviews such as these to find out ahead of time what type of companies reputation a company has. Car Movers USA has serious problems with customer service, and the truckers don't seem to be jumping to pick up their orders, which leads me to believe that the poor performance of this company extends further than their relationship with shipping customers.

I was in the car buisiness in Hawaii for a dozen years and shipped over a thousand cars inter-island and to the mainland USA. I have had bad experiences in the past with vehicle damage and theft etc., but never the kind of run around garbage that I have been dealing with for the past three weeks with Car Mvers USA. I did not do my homework in this case and I am paying for it. Do not shop price alone. It is not worth the hassle. I hope this review saves some headaches for some folks out there.
