This company did not offer any time windows in which they would have your car picked up. Instead, they only ask for a first date your car will be available. They apparently do not contract with any transporters. Instead, they make phone calls searching for transporters who are willing to take the job. After the first day my car was available for pick-up, I began calling the dispatch department to ask if my car had been dispatched. Each time I called, a reason was given to me why my car had not been dispatched, and then the dispatcher would ask would I like a phone call back with an update before they went home. Each time, I answered yes, I would like a phone call. Not one single time did a dispatcher ever call me back. This happened at least four times. Some of the reasons as spoken to me by the dispatchers were, "I have called a transporter, but he isn't returning my calls. I called a transporter, and his truck is in the shop. I called a transporter, and he is supposed to call me back tomorrow." One dispatcher asked me, "Is it snowing in Missouri? Some transporters don't want to travel icy roads." (It was not snowing) After 12 days, I cancelled my order, and the company did credit my $300 deposit back into my account promptly.
