I was told my car will be picked up at a date; I did not get confirmationn or call to confirm the pick up date as stated in the contract. When I called I was given the run around and 1.5 days passed and my vehicle still did not get pick up. Rude customer service and very shady. I asked if my cost is going to increase so they can have a driver to pick my car up, they didnt give me an answer. Also they didnt even know when my car will be pick up either. If you want a company to tell you one thing and do another this is a perfect fit for you.
