I started off by selecting Capitol because they were the lowest quote by approximately $100. I was then informed that the price would be $200 dollars higher than the quote. I understand the definition of a quote and understand it is not a fixed price but was a little disappointed that the price came back so much higher. Really wanting my vehicle badly, I decided to just pay the extra instead of searching for a lower price. They were very fast and accommodating on pick up. The vehicle was even picked up in advance of the scheduled date. The vehicle was picked up on a Tuesday and was estimated to be delivered on that Friday. I thought that this was very fast delivery and was extremely exited to receive my vehicle that Friday.
The vehicle was suppose to arrive sometime around 2-3 PM on Friday. About 3:30 on Friday when I left work I still had not received a call about my vehicle arriving so I called the driver. He informed me that he blew out the transmission in his truck and would no longer be arriving on Friday. I was a little frustrated that no one had informed me of what was going on and that I had to find out that information on my own. I do understand that vehicles break down and things happen and was not upset about that. I was really only upset about the lack of communication. I do not know who is responsible for delivering that information whether it be Capitol or the company they brokered. On the truck drivers behalf I can understand why he did not inform me because he was so busy dealing with trying to get back on the road. After talking to the truck driver directly he was pretty easy to work with and communicated well. He estimated a new delivery date of Tuesday ( one week from the original pick up). The vehicle was delivered Tuesday morning and everything was still inside and NO damage was found.
Overall it was a good experience and I would use Capitol again.
