Spoke to Alex Diver in regards to shipping a vehicle from Richmond, VA 23233 to El Paso, TX. It was agreed on 10/12/11 that he was going to have the vehicle picked up no later than Friday 10/14/11 for $750. I been talking to dispatching dept and not only are they extremely rude, I keep getting the run around and my vehicle continues to wait for pick up. On 10/17 I received a call stating that they found a driver for the pickup but the price changed to $950.00 I told them this was not acceptable when they had already given me a set price. The dispatched basically said “That’s the price, take it or leave it” I do not and will not do business with this type of companies. I have summited a full report to the BBB and I am summiting a request for a refund on my deposit. I will probably get the run around like everyone else that had asked for a refund. Very disappointed with this company overall. I WILL NOT RECOMMED TO ANYONE!!
