Capital Auto Transport is a GREAT company!! They have now shipped three (3) vehicle for me and I would most definitely use their services again. I would highly recommend anyone needing to transport a vehicle to use their services because of the A-1 customer service you will receive!

Capitol Auto Transport quoted me a price to move my vehicles and they never tried to up the price or give me some excuse for changing the price quoted to me earlier. This type of commitment needs to be commended because honesty with some companies these days are rare. From the time I was initially contacted until the delivery of my vehicles, Capitol Auto was on their Ps and Qs. I have NOTHING negative to say about this company because they have treated me so fairly and I would recommend their services to anyone!

One other thing I would like to note about this company, they never try to belittle or put down another transport company just to get your business. Even when I asked them about another company and their quoted prices, Capitol Auto Transport was always professional. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity.

Sarah Gomez, a customer service representative, was exceptionally knowledgeable about her job and the procedures to get my three vehicles shipped. She never gave me the run around and whenever she gave me a date for pickup, she always kept her word! I can't say enough about the quality of service I received from her and Capitol Auto Transport. This company really cares about its customers and tries to do everything they can to ensure customer satisfaction!

Thanks again Capitol Auto Transport for great and exceptional service! If the need arises in the future for me to ship another vehicle, I will definitely be calling upon your outstanding services to assist me.
