I work in a quality service dept for a major call center. I want to stress the quality service I have received from Capitol Auto Transport. My vehicle broke down over Memorial Day weekend and it would be my first time ever transporting a vehicle. I have to small children and thought what a headache this going to be, but it wasn't. First of all Jan from CAT contacted me by phone, I did not receive a text message or a robo call like other companies. Jan demonstrated a desire to help with a positive approach by walking me through the process and what was to be expected. During the call Jan sounded engaged polite and professional. Jan was patient and instilled comfort since I was a rookie at car transport. Jan was forthright with the price, no hidden fees she treated me with diginity and respect; from this positive experience I would recommend CAT to anyone who needed their vehicle transported. Great thing out of all this is that since I had the vehicle transported back to a local mechanic I saved 2k. Thanks again Capitol.
