I am ask everyone to join me in prayer that the company named Campbell Boyz Trucking(6474 E Palmer Wasilla Hwy) do the right thing by me, a retired disable Veteran that was recently in a car accident that injured myself and my wife back and neck. Nevertheless instead of trying to heal I am more worried and stressed out how I am going to get this vehicle that I bought from a dealership in Oregon about a month ago. To make a long story short I thought everything was going well until Campbell Boyz Trucking took over the transporting operation. The broker contracted a driver and the driver safely delivered my Lincoln 2008 truck to the transporter in Washington to move the vehicle to Alaska. As an former soldier I tried to keep abreast of the location of my vehicle by staying in touch with the broker and dispatcher of Campbell Boyz Trucking. Matter of fact on Friday April 6, 2018 the dispatcher did notify me that my vehicle is scheduled by her paperwork to be in Alaska that Saturday, but she would not know the time until that Saturday after noon. When I called her informed me that my vehicle would be in Wasilla Alaska late that evening. So since I had to preach the next morning I told her that no problem I would wait until Monday to get a one way ticket to Anchorage Alaska and then get a taxi to Wasilla, which would cost me $120 but save me $250 from my bill with the trucking company. So as I learned in the military I caught a flight early Monday morning and got a taxi heading to Campbell's Trucking Company. To my surprise the dispatcher that I had been communicating with had a co-worker call me while I was in the taxi headed to Wasilla and told me they had screwed up the paperwork and that my vehicle was there but had got shipped back to Washington because the vehicle broke down. The dispatcher finally texted me shortly after say she was sorry. So I am out of $500 traveling that day, and I took an entire day off work and lastly now the trucking company say my vehicle can be brought to Fairbanks but not until around the 27th April. So that mean and additional 3 more weeks of rental car fees out of my pocket. They offered to bring the car for the $1700 price as though all this my fault. The situation they have put me end is unprofessional and due to the dispatcher ensuring me that my vehicle was in Alaska I and them sending my vehicle back to Washington without notifying me. They couldn't do that because they was unsure where the vehicle was located. I am asking they deliver my vehicle on their own dime due to the many errors on their part. Pray that they do what is right!
