Rude Customer Service, Terrible Experience

This person Dwaye informed us on a Friday that his dispatcher would contact us within 2-3 days to give us a pick-up day and time. He was informed that my son had a early flight on Wednesday, and we explicitly informed him the car had to be picked up by Tuesday evening, and if he couldn't guarantee that, we can forget the transaction. He assured us they would be able to move the vehicle and someone from dispatch would definitely be calling us.

That Monday afternoon, after not getting any phone call from anyone, we called Dwayne and he informed us the 2-3 day period started today, after assuring us he would be able to do the job within the time period as requested. Naturally we were extremely upset with him, and he was the one who sweared at us and got extremely rude with us!! We were shocked!

Luckily we found a great company that was there on the spot Tuesday evening and they were extremely courteous and their customer service is outstanding!
CB Transport is a big joke!! Thank God we didn't give them any money! Someone should put Dwayne in a customer service training course!! Obviously he didn't want any business!
