They advertise “door to door” by which they mean door to once we have your car a freeway exit 25 miles away. They showed up a day early to pick up the car and would not agree to the day agreed with the broker for delivery. This would have been workable if they would communicate but of course they do not return calls or emails. Finally I was offered a discount price by the moving company for packaging furniture and car. When the care was dropped off CAA refused to honor the agreement and charged full price. Since my son was picking up the car there was not much he could do. Make sure your broker does not choose CAA Transport.
