Worst carrier ever, do not use under any circumstance

Never use a broker that farms you out to an awful carrier like CAA. My fault for trusting the broker, who was 5 star on this site, to pick a reputable carrier.

They were 2 days late to pick up, they never once contacted me and my car was delivered 5 days after the date they told us it would be.

The General Manger, Chris Ko, is the most unprofessional individual I have ever interacted with. Even after they recognized the screw up in date, he promised another date, that was never met. This happened multiple times. I would think that he would call me to let me know that they would miss yet another date. Of course not, every contact to determine where my car was, when I could get it, and so on had to be initiated by me. I even had conversations with Chris where he would say, "um yea, I was busy and planned to call you tomorrow, but I guess you got to me first" or "yea, we get a lot of claims and I'm swamped right now, but I'll look at yours in the next couple of days."

Summary of a basic conversation...
Me: "So you will have an answer for me and call me by noon tomorrow?"
Chris: "Yes"

Followed by me needed to call him back and hunt him down when I had not heard back by 4pm.

Worst, worst, worst company. If you use them, shame on you. I'm working with my lawyer to see about legal action against them. They should be put out of business. They have an F on the BBB.
