Rude people don't want to pay for damages

CAA left my car at the port for 10 days and acquires a late fee. When I got my car that was shipped on 14 Feb and I received on the 4 Apr the company didn't want to give me any type of compensation for the rental car I had to get because THEY were late. Then my car had all kinds of damage and the supervisor wanted me to send a letter of the damages and the paperwork that I signed with the driver and pictures which the driver took as well. Why would I need to do that when I listed everything on the bill of lading? They (Chris) don't want to fix my car. I will not suggest this company to anyone. Military do NOT use this company I am military and I wish I never used them.
