The driver delivering car while unloading pulled the under carriage and bumper off car. Son is 20 years and he was told to sign form due to it being only to state delivered. Son called us and we asked him to have driver note he damaged. Driver did; but company refused to take care of $4K in damage. Company gave us continous run arounds and did not return calls. Currently taking them the small claims court. Worse company to do business with; not honest and worse service during last mile delivery.
