My experience is very positive. Carla was very quick to answer e-mails. Placed order on tuesday, with earliest pickup on friday, paid using CC via paypal. Carrier was located on wednesday. Driver was nice called in advance, picked up on saturday, and got it to me on sunday safe and sound. Although I must mention that both pickup and drop-off cities in my case are along the same interstate 94, and not that far apart, so it shouldn't have been hard to locate a decent carrier.
