I really regret using this company to deliver my car. First, the company provided an estimated delivery lead time of 7 days, then they never called about the delay and I was waiting and waiting. So, I called the driver and he was providing the reason for delay. At that point, I was fine because he was driving 3000 miles and some unexpected delay can happen. I got frustrated when he told me I can pick up my vehicle from 75 miles away from destination location. This is door to door service not the pick up option. The weird part is this guy was at LA area on Tuesday and he couldn't drive down to San Deigo area to drop off the car, because he have to pick up more cars in N. California. Ok, my patient was running out at this point. So on the 14 days after, the driver finally showed up at 9:30pm. I can't see the things.. he won't release the car from the truck without the cash or money order. So, the driver forced me to sign the paper and released the car. The next morning when i can finally see the car in the bright light, i see the dent on the roof and oil stained all over interior of car. The miles on the car was higher than when it was picked up. So, I called the company to open the claim and the guy who I spoke said his company is not responsible. Oh my!!! Now, I have to find the way to go thru legal action, which I have to... Folks, I hope what happened to me doesn't happen to you.
