Professionalism and great customer service

I spent close to a month trying to work with another company trying to get my car shipped cross country. After countless, unsuccessful attempts to work with this very well-known company, I gave up. I did some online searching and reached out to Bulldog. After being connected with my agent, Dan, I instantly felt a weight lift off my chest. I expressed to him that I had been trying to get my car to California (where I had now been living for almost three weeks) and struggled with another company and their complete lack of customer service and professionalism. After expressing this to Dan, he began making moves. Within hours he set up a pick up date for my car (two days later), and the service was close to $400 cheaper than the quote I got from the first company - he ALSO got me enclosed shipping which was a wonderful treat. Overall, Dan was professional, prompt, always reachable and did everything he could to ease the stress of shipping a car cross country. I would highly suggest using Bulldog to anyone who is looking and if and when my move back to the East Coast happens, I will certainly be using Bulldog again. Thank you for your great customer service, genuine concern and efforts to make this hassle free.
