Dan was great to work with. Having never had a vehicle transported before, I had no idea how the industry worked prior to all this. I went with a different company initially, but after a week of nothing happening, I decided to give Bulldog Transport a shot. The price was a little higher, but I had a large truck going up the east coast and in comparison to the plethora of quotes I received back, it was certainly not outrageous. Dan was happy to explain how the industry worked, and was confident that the truck would be moved within a few days. I talked to Dan first on a Friday afternoon. I still figured it might be another week (especially with the weekend, I wasn't expecting anything to happen) but luckily, arrangements were made on Monday for the vehicle to be picked up by Tuesday, and delivered Wednesday afternoon. The price was as quoted. I've read stories about other companies requiring more due on delivery, so I was pleased to find out that was not the case here. It was even door-to-door service to a rural location, which was a huge help. All in all, a great experience, would highly recommend! After talking with him I would be very wary of any quotes coming in that are very low, unless you want to wait and wait. I received some for as low as $500, and this was an F-350. I have no idea how they could have possibly gotten it transported within the requested time - I'd still be waiting.
