BEWARE-These guys are crooks- Damaged my Jeep- 'F' BBB Rating

MY JEEP WAS TRASHED! Camilo for budget auto shipping called the morning my jeep was picked up and raised the price a 100. My jeep was severely damaged by the driver he sent. Neither he or the driver accept responsibility. Recent communication with Camilo:
Me-"when you were selling me your services you should have told me you would not be responsible for damages...that would have been honest!"
Camilo-"Damages are so unlikely, and be honest with yourself do you really believe me saying that would help feed my family?"
He went on to say if I had reported the damages immediately he would have helped so it was my fault. I forwarded him the email (with his immediate response) that was sent to him the same day I picked up my jeep and reported the damages.
No wonder the BBB gave them an F rating
