We dealt with an individual named Vic. Only after both vechicles had been picked up by a company taking the vechicles to the carrier: Brightstar Transport. We had placed clothes, a TV and other items in both vechicles, clearly visible in someone looked at vechicles. Pick up was adjusted without issue, delivery was set for 10/28 or 10/29. We received them on 10/31/13. Regardless of the circumstances involving our delay for delivery etc., Vic, who's number I had from the broker never called and gav any kind of update or status. I called him on Monday 10/28 asking about our vechicles. i was met with rudeness and accusations of an increase in fees of $200 due to the items in the vechicles and citations at DOT weigh stations. After a discussion I made it clear we would gladly compensate for such issues if he would provide information outlying the source and cost associated with his demand. His rudeness and statements about making any money were the focus. Later in the week we were contacted about the fee increase and now were told due to an inspection at a military base, the money was required or no release of vechicles could take place. These conversations involved my wife who was very upset with his unprofessionalism and lack of concern to answer questions. He was rude and very disrespecful to her and obviously has NO people skills and no customer service concerns at any level. Regardless of all the bull involved in this transport, the bottom line is Vic is an absolute jerk and extremely rude and disrespectul at all levels. We can assure anyone reading this review we will never have any involvement with this company, much less Vic. You need to seriously consider allowing this man and his company to be involved with any transport at any level. Fees: $250 to booking agent, $1850 plus the $200 to carrier= $2300.
