We used a broker from the interwebs. Had no idea about the actual carrier so trusted the broker. Looked them up on the .gov site they gave and saw they were legit.
Good communication around pickup. Driver was late and we had to push for pickup the day we needed pickup, but they agreed. It was late and dark, but pickup happened. Driver was courteous and very knowledgeable. Told us when to expect the car and then told us the basic route from Tallahassee FL to Las Vegas NV with a round trip through Los Angeles CA.
Contacted primary contact person via cell phone number one day out. Took several calls to get infomration. Found out he would be delayed a day. Called back next day to find out he would be delayed again. Called back and found out it was due to a pickup that wasn't ready and he had to be rerouted to another city ahead of dropping off our car.
In hindsight, realize that carriers are picking up and dropping off and it's not just *your* car being tarnsported. This can sometimes result in extra delays and is not abnormal.
Car was delivered on final day agreed to. Dirty from the long 3000+ miles on the trailer, but in perfect shape. Items in the car has not been jostled either! Carlos (driver) was excellent and very apologetic on the delays.
WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN ANYTIME!
