Here's a summary of my moving experience with Bluestar Automovers and the actual transport company that delivered my car, B&L Transport.

Car: 2006 VW GTI MkV

Monday November 19th: Signed contract to transport my GTI from St. Cloud, Minnesota to Ogdensburg, NY
Tuesday November 20th: Dispatched and assigned to a trucking company (B&L Transport). Estimated pickup on the 23rd, Estimated delivery on the 28th.
Wednesday November 21st: Transport company called to confirm pickup will on Friday the 23rd or Monday 26th.
Thursday November 22nd: Thanksgiving
Friday November 23rd: Transport company called dealer to expect pickup either end of day Friday or Saturday.
Saturday November 24th: Car picked up in the morning.
Sunday November 25th: No News.
Monday November 26th: Spoke to transport company to arrange or confirm delivery date. Confirmed arrival for Wednesday morning.
Tuesday November 27th: Spoke to transport company again to try and make the delivery an hour earlier. Confirmed.
Wednesday November 28th: Driver delivered the car as planned, with no damage. Very curtious and friendly.

The driver was very helpful considering that I live in Ottawa, Canada and I needed to plan my trip to Ogdensburg, New York to meet him for delivery. He was considerate in arranging to meet early in the morning so I can get back to work at a reasonable hour.

I would recommend using Bluestar Auto Movers and in particular B&L Transport which was the actual trucking company.
