bad experience

I would like to express my opinion on this company. My brother and I recently contacted BlueStar to pick up a car for us. When the windows date approached they gave us different excuses to why the car wasn't picked up when they told us it would be. They even went as far to even say that the person we bought the car from was never home when a driver went. We have used this company before and had problems in the past, but decided to give them a second chance, but to no surprise they still didn't do a professional job. I definitely would not use this company in the near future if I ever have to have a car picked up.

This order was assigned to three separate drivers and all were unsuccessful in loading the vehicle. The first carrier it was assigned to fell through due a lack of proper insurance. We accepted responsibility and immediately notified her and obtained a new carrier. The new carrier obtained cancelled the load because he was unable to gather other loads to go along. Again, we accepted responsibility and started working on finding a new carrier. We kept in contact with Mrs. Kately throughout everything and explained to her the difficulties we were having and what we were doing to fix it. A third carrier was obtained and when he attempted to load the vehicle on a Friday the party releasing her vehicle could not be reached until the following Monday. This time we were not at fault, still we told Mrs. Kately that we would find her another carrier. At that point she felt that we were at fault and did not wish to continue with our services. We refunded her deposit of $150.00 as she requested.
