To make a VERY long story short, our broker made the mistake of using this company. The car was 2 weeks late, the driver would not meet me anywhere, cursed at me, and dropped my van off at a salvage yard resulting in a further 2 day delay. My brand new van was delivered with over 15 points of damage on it due to mishandling. The owner, Barb (last name unknown), is doing everything in her power to avoid my calls and postpone dealing with my insurance claim. Do not make the mistake of trusting your shipping broker to make a good choice. They'll make the cheapest choice. Inquire about who is handling your car and investigate them or you'll regret it later, like me.
