My auto dealer selected Bluebonnet Auto Transport to ship my 2002 Subaru Forester from Houston, Texas to Grand Rapids, Michigan. Based on the reviews posted here I was a bit worried but my dealer reported regular, positive experiences with Bluebonnet. He was right. My vehicle was put on a truck on Tuesday and arrived Thursday. You can't beat that! Cal-Tex trucking did the actual shipping. My telephone number was incorrect on their paperwork so I did not receive a telephone call until the morning the vehicle arrived. We made arrangements to meet at a nearby arena parking lot and I took possession.
I can only speak for my experience, but Bluebonnet (and Cal-Tex)sure worked for me. People who do NOT have problems rarely take the time to post positive reviews. Understandably, those with bad experiences do. Keep that in mind as you evaluate an organization.
