I bought an older GMC Jimmy to use on the beach in Santa Rosa from the Mercedes dealer in Memphis. I was assured that they would arrange transportation with a reliable carrier and I have to say they certainly did. I was contacted by Kim within two hours of talking with William at Mercedes. She was very pleasant on the phone, she explained that my truck would be picked up the next morning and asked about my schedule for delivery. I can not stress enough how important she made me feel my move was to her. She provided me with an email address as well as a contact number and told me to call or write her if I had any questions regarding my truck. My family was very anxious to get our new toy and I explained this to Kim and she told me if there was any way possible that they would see if I couldn't get my car early. The next morning I received a call telling me that my truck would be delivered that afternoon! Kim had sent her truck the day before to pick up my truck and the driver was making deliveries in Mobile already. The driver was right on time and extremely nice! He even explained how to work the CB that was installed in the truck. I highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them when we ship our Mercedes to Arizona next month!
