I was told the bumper lip was knocked loose when driver TIM YAGER loaded my car.. Upon arrival car was missing the front lip all together. Tim told me that it blew away and was a piec of s#@t anyway. I was not comfortable with this and didn't feel I should pay the total balance based on the damage to my car. Tim then raised his voice, threatened to beat the s#&t out of me and charged at me. Also began to call police as if I had done something wrong. Additionally Tim drove my car an hour and a half (using my gas) to my destination. The point was to have my car shipped. BTW: the title and insurance were in transition at the time. I was forced to take the car as is and more or less forced to sign the contract. I strongly advise you DO NOT use this carrier. Any car, regardless of price or condition should be treated the same.

HORRIBLE PERSON. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
