These people need to be put out of business immediately !!!!!!!!!

This company is so dishonest; they need to be closed down from operating.

I had similar experience as the first reviewer.

Here are just a few of the many issues:

When the car was FINALLY delivered (with dents) the police had to be called when we refused to pay the extra money the driver demanded.

It took 9 weeks from the time the contract was signed and the car arrived. However, 3.5 of those nine weeks (unbeknownst to us) the car sat in the terminal because according to “Flo” the truck driver forgot to pick the car up. We were never given the option to cancel the order and find a new company.

Vinnie was our salesman – he seems never to be available when I call to complain.

Shelly said he is not sympathetic with our request to be compensated (loss of usage and car rental fees).

This company has provided not only poor service, lied, made mistakes, attempted to extort additional fees from us and delivered the vehicle with dents, they are rude and condescending when we attempt to receive any form of customer service or remedy the situation.

I would not be surprised if a class action lawsuit wasn’t in the works against this company.

Wanted to be clear on the company's identifing information for review readers or those who have issues with Bestway OR perhaps Bestway would like to respond.

as to the dents if the customer would have submitted a claim we would have processed it with the trucker. we dont maintain any insurance , since we are a broker and dont own any trucks [this is federal law , dot]. the trucker is responsible for the claim.
