Poor service and information

This company does not know what customer service means. The car was held for 10 days before being shipped. They could not even tell me the date it woukld be shipped with any accuracy. I suspect overbooking. They had a coupon for $25 off which they "forgot" to honor at time of delivery. In advance, I asked for references which they could not give me and now I know why. Reading these last reviews I can not understand why anybody would use them.
