Freekin Nightmare!

This company was contacted via a broker. Because I had sold my elderly mother's house in Venice, FL with an almost immediate closing, I had 2 1/2 days to get the house cleaned out, furniture moved to MA and her vehicle transported. This company was supposed to pick the car up on Friday, 7/15 at 1:00 p.m. No one showed up. I kept calling the drivers number (provided to me by Best). No answer. I kept calling the Best and the broker and never got anywhere! To make a long story short the driver never showed. I had to leave the car with neighbors as I was leaving at 5 a.m. Saturday morning for my flight back home. The driver never showed Saturday or Sunday and never called! Best never called either! Sunday night, back in MA, I decided to get on line, find a site where I could put my info in and WHY oh WHY I needed an emergency pickup. A wonderfull company, AA Automovers, contacted me Monday morning and picked the car up that day AS PROMISED and even at the time they promised! DO NOT deal with this company unless you like nightmares!
