Best never followed their contract at all. They picked up my car a day early and they did't put it on a truck . It was driven away . 32 miles was put on it. On the seventh day I had to call them to find out were my car was . For the next three days I was told I was going to get the car the next day. The day I did receive he came in the cover of darkness. He wouldn't take it off his truck for my wife to inspect it . The driver was rude to her. He swore at her and and her co-worker. This ordeal was a nightmare. They never communicate with us about what was really going on with the car. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They do not tell the truth. They lied to us the whole time they had the car.
