On Sept. 25, 2017 I contracted with Best Direct for a vehicle pick-up and delivery. Paid them $195 online for initial deposit. I was told the vehicle would be picked up in time for a delivery by October 13. When it became apparent there was no pick-up for an onetime delivery, I arranged to have vehicle delivered to another local person since I would be out of the country until November 11. While I was out of the country I continued to try and get information regarding the contract. When I arrived back in the US it was clear Best Direct was not going to fulfill the contract so I notified them via email the contract was to be cancelled and my deposit returned. It is now Dec 6 and nothing has happened. They never answer the phone, return calls, reply to emails. This has to be the worst customer service business around. Do yourself a favor, don't call them for transport. I ended up having to fly to Ohio to take possession of the vehicle and drive 2700 miles to California. I am now going to contact BBB and the States Attorney Consumer Affairs, as well as consider Small Claims Court.
