I contacted them over a month in advaced so I would not have a headache and it became worse then that. I called them 2 weeks before pickup and was told that it would cost me more $ and that I had too drive my truck 4 hours from my house to get picked up. Then 4 days before pickup I kept getting the run around about when it would get pickedup. The day of (supposed pickup) was a nightmare, took time off worka dn so did a friend to come get me and they never were able to give me a stright answer. This company never could get there story stright and it sounded like they were working out of a kitchen not a office. The dispatcher fought with me over then phone and was just RUDE. This company should not be able to do what they do. NEVER NEVER use this company.
