My first experience transporting a car. Liz was patient explaining the process and gave me a fair quote. Both Liz and Frank communicated with me promptly, alleviating any worry. I was told 7-9 days but because of inclement weather and the long haulers' hydraulics freezing...ended up being 11...understandable considering the route...Seattle to Chicago in January/February! I would use Bears Transport again in a heartbeat and would certainly recommend to anyone needing their services. Customer service was really excellent!!
