Initially I began working with Liz. She responded appropriately when contact via phone or email. The information given was direct and correct, with our vehicle transport honestly defined. We did report that the tow ball on the rear bumper had been removed from the vehicle between the time this vehicle was dropped off for carrier pick up and delivered here in Nevada. There is currently a very ugly battle transpiring with the actual carrier of my vehicle, N.P.S,. with no end in sight. Liz has attempted to intervene unsuccessfully, as her calls and messages are not being returned by the carrier. We are very pleased with Bears Transport and would not hesitate to recommend their services, or to use them in the future if the need arises.
