Before my move to Grad school out in Providence from CA I searched for about a week for a reputable auto transport company. On B&T Auto Transports website they seemed reputable and their BBB approval sealed it for me. However, I encountered many problems with them. After agreeing to pick up my car in a neighboring town they forced me to drop off the car over an hour away. After pick up, I received one call back in over 30 phone calls I placed after delivery date had lapsed 3 days. I was told the car was just running late then after 3 more days I was told that the car had never left because of a burnt out engine on the 18-wheeler. On both occasions the driver would not answer the phone and the communication between I and B&T was non-existent. To be frank, I felt the whole process to be shady. I did receive the car almost a month later and was relieved to find nothing stolen or severely damaged. I would not recommend B&T to anyone.
