This was my first exp and words do not express how BAD this company is ... I can only sum it up as follows:

no one ever calls you back-
no one answers the phone at their office & when they do they don't call you back with answers to your problem-
pick up dates are promised & no one shows.
you call the owner Jack and all he does is "yes you to death" about how he will get your problem taken care of . If he even answers his office phone or cell phone it's a miracle.....

In plain english....... company is a total nightmare !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
