I was impressed with the price I was quoted but I did not see that I had to pay the driver upon delivery. It is only stated when you get the quote and not on the invoice or bill. (The guy at BKK seemed rushed and distracted every time I spoke with him, but he did answer or return my calls quickly.

BKK called a week early and tried to pick it up and made me was disappointed when I said I still needed my vehicle prior to the scheduled pick up window.

The actual driver (not BKK) USA Transport Inc Licensed to First Choice Trucking Inc. called and said he could deliver at 10:00am, I had somebody arranged to meet the driver, he called and then changed it to 1:30pm but didn't show until 3:00. That was a waste of a day for my contact.

Because of the cash on delivery I had to wire the money to the driver on faith that he would deliver which cost me $35 at WalMart.

If it was based on service I would not use these guys again. Based on price and the knowledge I have now I might, since I was only shipping a 1998 Subaru. (It looked like it was driven through a dirty snow storm when it arrived, but its August.)

We called he custommer 5 times and he did not respond and then he was mad that we did tel him why he was not answering the phone and he did decide to leave us this false review
